Commercial Timesharing Inc. (CTI) warranties PLCIO for one year from the date of purchase to be free of defects in workmanship.
This product has been thoroughly tested and will perform the functions described on this web site. However, should you have a demonstrable problem with the product we will ask for sample code or other documentation to describe the scope of any issue. The manufacturers of the many different varieties of PLC devices are often under no obligation to inform or document changes in their software/firmware. CTI may be unable to resolve certain communication issues if a manufacturer chooses to disable the interface protocol(s) utilized by PLCIO.
In no event shall Commercial Timesharing Inc. or its representatives or suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Commercial Timesharing Inc. product, even Commercial Timesharing Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
